Getting Started
Where is Mindfuse Health currently available?
Mindfuse Health currently provides virtual clinical care to eligible patients who are physically located in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, New Mexico, or Texas at the time of their appointment. State and service availability are confirmed during the Get Started process.
How do I book a new-patient appointment?
Go to the Get Started page, confirm your state, choose the new-patient pathway, provide the requested basic information, select an available appointment, and complete the booking step.
What should existing patients do?
Existing patients can use the CharmTracker patient portal for secure patient-account access and can use the Get Started booking flow when they need to choose an appointment.
Do I need a referral to request an appointment?
You can begin the Mindfuse Health Get Started process directly. A separate referral may still be recommended if your clinician determines that outside specialty care, testing, imaging, or another service is needed.
Pricing & Payment
How much is the initial consultation?
The current initial consultation fee is $99.
Why is there a $10 booking deposit?
A $10 deposit is collected when an eligible initial visit is reserved. The deposit is applied toward the $99 initial consultation fee, leaving $89 due before the consultation.
How much is a follow-up visit?
After your initial consultation, you can choose a $79/month membership, which includes your monthly follow-up visit, or pay $129 per follow-up visit without a membership.
How much is the optional monthly membership?
The optional continuity membership is currently $79 per month. Membership is not required for the initial consultation.
Does Mindfuse Health accept insurance?
Mindfuse Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance for consultation or membership fees. Prescription medication, laboratory testing, imaging, pharmacy charges, and outside-specialist costs are separate unless specifically stated.
Can I use an HSA or FSA?
HSA/FSA cards may be accepted when an expense is eligible. Eligibility and reimbursement depend on your individual plan, so keep your documentation and confirm plan-specific questions with your HSA or FSA administrator.
After Booking
What happens after I schedule?
You may be asked to complete secure clinical intake forms, provide a medication history, complete questionnaires, or submit relevant medical records through the approved patient system before your visit. Detailed protected health information should be submitted through the secure clinical workflow rather than a general website form.
Does booking guarantee a diagnosis or medication?
No. Booking provides access to a clinical evaluation. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, stimulant, controlled substance, GLP-1 medication, hormone prescription, laboratory test, sleep study, or any other specific treatment.
What should I do for a medical emergency?
Mindfuse Health website forms, secure messaging, and routine telehealth scheduling are not emergency services. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a medical emergency.
