Our Approach to Personalized Telehealth Care
At Mindfuse Health, care starts with the person—not a predetermined diagnosis or treatment. We provide clinician-led telehealth services for eligible adults, with recommendations informed by each patient’s concerns, health history, goals, and clinical circumstances.
This page explains how our approach works, what patients can reasonably expect, and how clinical decisions and follow-up fit together. For practice safeguards and telehealth limitations, visit Patient Safety & Clinical Standards.

1. We Begin by Understanding Your Concerns
A useful clinical conversation begins with what brought you to care. Depending on the requested service, relevant information may include:
- Current symptoms, questions, and health goals.
- How concerns affect daily life, work, sleep, or functioning.
- Medical and mental health history relevant to the evaluation.
- Current medications, previous treatments, and possible side effects.
- Other health factors that may influence diagnosis or treatment decisions.
The information reviewed will vary by patient and program. Sharing information does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, test, medication, or treatment.
2. Individualized Clinical Evaluation
An appropriately licensed treating clinician evaluates whether telehealth can address the patient’s needs and whether additional information, testing, an in-person examination, or referral may be necessary.
Our approach emphasizes clinical judgment rather than assuming that a particular symptom must have one explanation. Where appropriate, a clinician may discuss possible contributing factors, diagnostic uncertainty, risks, benefits, and reasonable next steps.
Some concerns cannot be adequately evaluated or managed through a virtual visit. In such cases, an in-person visit, urgent assessment, or specialty care may be recommended.
3. A Treatment Plan Guided by Clinical Need
After an appropriate evaluation, the clinician may recommend one or more next steps depending on the circumstances:
- Education and practical strategies relevant to the concern.
- Monitoring or reassessment before making a treatment decision.
- Appropriate tests or additional clinical information.
- Medication or non-medication treatment options, when indicated and legally permissible.
- Follow-up care, coordination, or referral to another healthcare professional.
Patients should have an opportunity to understand the rationale for recommendations and discuss relevant questions. Prescriptions—including controlled medications—are not automatic or guaranteed.
4. Appropriate Follow-Up and Ongoing Care
Healthcare needs can change over time. Depending on the treatment plan, follow-up may help a clinician reassess symptoms, response to care, side effects, new health information, and whether the existing plan remains appropriate.
The timing and availability of follow-up depend on clinical judgment, the program, provider availability, and applicable requirements. Not every patient needs the same schedule or type of ongoing care.
- Existing patients: Request an appointment through Patient Scheduling.
- Secure patient communication: Visit the Patient Portal for supported patient-care functions.
- Subscription questions: See Manage or Cancel Subscription for applicable account guidance.
Medication refill requests require appropriate review; submitting a request does not guarantee authorization.
Our Five Clinical Programs
Mindfuse Health offers five focused adult telehealth programs. Each has its own evaluation process, clinical eligibility criteria, and potential care options:
- Adult ADHD Care — Structured adult ADHD evaluation, medication management when clinically appropriate, executive-function support, and follow-up.
- GLP-1 Weight Management — Physician-led weight-management care with GLP-1 and related medication options when clinically appropriate.
- HRT for Women — Individualized perimenopause and menopause care, with evidence-based hormone therapy when appropriate.
- Men’s Testosterone Replacement — Diagnosis-first evaluation and testosterone replacement for men with confirmed hypogonadism when clinically appropriate.
- Sleep Screening — Clinical screening for sleep concerns, with guidance on appropriate home testing or specialty sleep evaluation.
Eligible anxiety and mood-related concerns may also be addressed within the scope of available adult telehealth services. For condition-specific education, explore Conditions, Symptoms, and Treatments.
Not every service, test, or treatment is available or appropriate for every patient. Clinical decisions depend on individual evaluation, clinician licensure, and applicable legal requirements.
Telehealth Access and State Eligibility
Mindfuse Health may provide eligible services to adults located in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, New Mexico, and Texas, depending on the requested service, the treating clinician’s applicable licensure, and clinical suitability.
Patients’ location at the time of a telehealth visit can affect whether services are available. Please confirm eligibility before booking. If remote care is not appropriate for a concern, a clinician may recommend in-person or other suitable services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does every patient receive the same treatment plan?
No. Recommendations depend on the concern being evaluated, the patient’s clinical circumstances, applicable standards, and the treating clinician’s judgment.
Does a consultation guarantee medication?
No. The clinician may recommend medication, another treatment approach, additional evaluation, referral, or no prescription, depending on the assessment. Controlled medications are subject to additional clinical and legal requirements.
What if my concern requires an in-person examination?
Telehealth does not replace every form of care. If a virtual evaluation is insufficient or unsafe for a concern, an in-person visit or other appropriate service may be recommended.
How do I arrange follow-up care?
Existing patients can review Patient Scheduling and use the Patient Portal for supported requests. Follow-up recommendations vary by treatment plan and clinical need.
