Patient Safety at Mindfuse Health
Your health and safety guide every clinical decision. Mindfuse Health, operated by MINDFUSE HEALTH PLLC, provides adult telehealth services that depend on individualized clinical evaluation, clinician judgment, applicable licensure, and the limits of virtual care.
This page explains important safeguards, what patients can expect, and when another type of care may be more appropriate. It is general patient information—not a substitute for individualized medical advice or an assurance that every service or treatment is available to every patient.

1. Individualized Clinical Evaluation Comes First
Symptoms can have more than one explanation. Depending on the reason for your visit, your clinician may review relevant symptoms, medical history, current medications, prior diagnoses or treatments, daily functioning, potential risks, and other factors needed for clinical decision-making.
An evaluation may result in a treatment plan, a recommendation for additional information or testing, follow-up care, an in-person examination, or referral to another healthcare professional. A particular diagnosis or medication is never guaranteed.
For example, concentration difficulties can overlap with sleep problems, anxiety, mood concerns, medication effects, and other conditions. A responsible adult ADHD evaluation considers the broader clinical picture rather than relying on one symptom or an online screening score alone.
2. Responsible Medication and Prescribing Decisions
Mindfuse Health does not promise prescriptions in exchange for a completed appointment or payment. A treating clinician determines whether medication is appropriate after an individualized assessment, taking into account relevant benefits, risks, contraindications, monitoring requirements, and applicable law.
- No automatic prescribing: An appointment, questionnaire, subscription, or prior prescription does not guarantee a new or renewed prescription.
- Medication review: Clinicians may consider existing medications, interactions, health history, and clinically relevant risk factors.
- Monitoring and follow-up: When medication is prescribed, additional assessment, testing, or follow-up may be necessary.
- Controlled medications: Prescribing, when applicable, is subject to federal and state requirements, clinician authority, clinical appropriateness, and any additional telehealth restrictions in effect at the time of care.
- Safer alternatives: A clinician may recommend non-medication care, further evaluation, referral, or a different level of care.
Do not start, stop, or change a medication solely on the basis of information on this website. Speak with an appropriate healthcare professional about your individual treatment plan.
3. Telehealth Licensing, Location, and Eligibility
Mindfuse Health may provide eligible adult services in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, New Mexico, and Texas. Availability depends on the patient’s physical location at the time of the appointment, the treating clinician’s applicable licensure and authority, the service requested, and whether virtual care is clinically and legally appropriate.
Being located in one of these states does not automatically make every program or treatment available. Patients may be asked to confirm their location and other eligibility information before care is delivered.
A virtual consultation is not always an adequate substitute for a physical examination, in-person testing, urgent assessment, or ongoing specialty care. If telehealth is unsuitable, your clinician may recommend an in-person service or another care setting.
To learn about clinical options, see Our Clinical Programs and Frequently Asked Questions.
4. Safety Considerations Across Our Programs
Each Mindfuse Health program has its own assessment needs, clinical limitations, and eligibility criteria:
- Adult ADHD Care — Evaluation considers relevant attention and functioning concerns, history, possible overlapping conditions, and the appropriateness of treatment and follow-up.
- GLP-1 Weight Management — Treatment options depend on medical eligibility, potential contraindications, side effects, and suitable monitoring. Medication is not appropriate for everyone.
- HRT for Women — Perimenopause and menopause concerns are evaluated in the context of symptoms, relevant history, potential risks, and individualized treatment suitability.
- Men’s Testosterone Replacement — Assessment is diagnosis-first; testosterone treatment is not promised without appropriate clinical findings and evaluation.
- Sleep Screening — Screening helps identify when further testing, specialty evaluation, or a different approach may be appropriate.
Mindfuse Health also addresses eligible anxiety and mood-related concerns as part of its adult telehealth services. Some situations require in-person, emergency, or specialized mental health care rather than routine telehealth.
5. Privacy and Secure Patient Communication
For care-related communication, use the official Patient Portal or another secure channel specifically provided by the practice. General email and social media should not be used to send diagnoses, prescriptions, medical records, or other sensitive health information.
We provide separate documents describing applicable privacy practices and patient information handling. Please review the Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Notice for the relevant details; this page does not replace those documents.
To help protect your information:
- Start from mindfusehealth.com when accessing patient services.
- Check the website address before signing in or making payments.
- Keep patient portal credentials private and use a trusted device and connection when possible.
- Use our Official Online Profiles page to check public account links.
- Contact the practice if a message or payment request appears suspicious.
6. Your Role in Safe Telehealth Care
Safe care depends on accurate communication between patients and their healthcare professionals. When requesting an appointment or participating in a visit, patients should:
- Provide complete and accurate information about relevant symptoms, medications, allergies, medical history, and prior care.
- Confirm their current physical location when requested for telehealth eligibility.
- Ask about expected benefits, risks, alternatives, monitoring, and follow-up before starting treatment.
- Tell the clinician about significant side effects, changing symptoms, or other relevant health changes using appropriate care channels.
- Follow instructions for required testing, referrals, and follow-up; seek in-person care when recommended.
If you are unsure whether an issue can be addressed through telehealth, contact our team before scheduling.
7. When to Seek Emergency or In-Person Care
Mindfuse Health is not an emergency service. Do not wait for a telehealth appointment, portal reply, email, or social-media response in an emergency.
Call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical assistance for potentially life-threatening symptoms, such as severe chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, or another urgent medical emergency.
If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health or suicide crisis in the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support. If there is immediate danger, call 911.
Not every urgent problem is an emergency, but some symptoms still need prompt in-person assessment. Seek appropriate local care when a virtual visit would cause an unsafe delay.
8. Transparent Costs and Realistic Expectations
Before purchasing or scheduling services, review the applicable prices, what the visit includes, follow-up arrangements, and any recurring billing terms. Payment does not guarantee a diagnosis, medication, prescription refill, or specific outcome.
- Pricing — current visit and program pricing information.
- Get Started — new-patient next steps.
- Patient Scheduling — appointment requests for existing patients.
- Manage or Cancel Subscription — subscription management information, when applicable.
- Patient Portal — supported secure patient services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does an ADHD consultation guarantee medication?
No. A clinician evaluates the patient’s circumstances and determines whether a diagnosis, medication, non-medication approach, further testing, or referral is appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed.
Can every service be delivered through telehealth?
No. Certain assessments or treatments may require in-person care, laboratory testing, a physical examination, or other services unavailable through virtual appointments.
Can I book from any state?
No. Availability depends on where you are physically located at the time of care, clinician licensure, the program, and clinical and legal requirements. Confirm eligibility before scheduling.
How should I ask a private question about my care?
Use the Patient Portal or another secure care channel designated by the practice. Avoid posting personal medical details on social media or public review sites.
What if a medication refill is not approved?
Refill requests require clinical review and are not automatic. Your clinician may request a follow-up, additional information or testing, or recommend a different plan. Use the Patient Portal for supported medication requests and care-related communication.
