What this program can include

The program is a clinical framework rather than a fixed package of prescriptions or tests. Your clinician selects only the components that are relevant to your history, symptoms, risks, and goals.

Adult ADHD evaluation using clinical criteria and functional history

Review of sleep, mood, medications, substance use, and medical contributors

Stimulant or non-stimulant treatment when clinically appropriate and legally permitted

Medication titration and symptom monitoring

Practical executive-function and behavioral strategies

Ongoing follow-up based on clinical need

How focused programs connect to this pathway

When a specific area requires deeper evaluation, the integrated pathway can connect with the relevant focused Mindfuse program without duplicating the same clinical information on every page.

Important:

A request for ADHD care does not guarantee a diagnosis, stimulant prescription, or any specific medication.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions patients often ask about integrated care.

These programs are designed around the individual patient rather than a fixed bundle of medications, tests, or services.

Is this a fixed package of treatments or tests?

No. The program is a clinical framework. Your clinician selects only the evaluations, focused programs, follow-up, testing, or treatment components that are appropriate for your history, symptoms, risks, and goals.

Do I need every focused program connected to this pathway?

No. A focused program is added only when that area needs deeper evaluation or treatment. Some patients may need one focused pathway, while others may benefit from several connected areas of care.

Does enrolling in this program guarantee a medication or prescription?

No. Booking provides access to a clinical evaluation. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, controlled medication, GLP-1 medication, hormone prescription, laboratory test, sleep study, or any other specific treatment.

Are laboratory, medication, pharmacy, or outside-specialist costs included?

No, unless specifically stated. Mindfuse clinical fees are separate from prescription medication, laboratory testing, pharmacy charges, imaging, home testing, and outside-specialist costs.

Can my care plan change over time?

Yes. Follow-up may change the plan as symptoms, treatment response, side effects, laboratory information, priorities, or other health concerns evolve. A patient does not need to remain in a fixed “tier.”

Build the plan around the patient — not the tier name.

Your history and goals determine which parts of the program are clinically appropriate and which focused program, if any, should be added.
