What we can help evaluate
Start with the concern that is affecting daily life most. Your clinician reviews the symptoms, history, risks, and goals that matter to your care, then determines which parts of this program are clinically appropriate.
Everything included in Adult ADHD Care
Weight and metabolic-risk assessment
Review of glucose, A1c, lipids, medications, and other relevant laboratory data
GLP-1 weight-management therapy when clinically appropriate
Emotional and binge-eating assessment when relevant
Sleep screening when symptoms suggest a meaningful contributor
Hormonal concerns evaluated when clinically relevant
Nutrition, protein, movement, and resistance-training guidance
What happens at your first visit
Review your concerns and history. Discuss the symptoms, health history, medications, priorities, and goals that brought you to care.
Look at relevant contributing factors. Your clinician may review sleep, mood, daily function, metabolic health, hormones, or other factors when clinically relevant.
Complete an individualized clinical evaluation. The visit is designed to understand the whole picture rather than assume a diagnosis or treatment in advance.
Leave with a clear next-step plan. Recommendations may include follow-up, testing, focused programs, treatment options, or outside care when appropriate.
The integrated program does not mean every patient needs GLP-1 therapy, hormone therapy, laboratory testing, or sleep testing. Components are used only when clinically indicated.
How focused programs connect to this pathway
When a specific area needs deeper evaluation, the integrated pathway can connect with the relevant focused Mindfuse program without making you repeat the same clinical information across multiple pages or visits.
